Timetable Deviations

Each passenger will have options and opportunity to deviate from the tour return date. Air deviations will be subject to availability and must be requested prior to departure from Canada or the USA. Air deviations will involve an additional cost.

Exchange Rates

Due to recent fluctuation in exchange rates, prices cannot be guaranteed until payment is received in full. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for this guarantee, no refund will be made if costs are reduced. Prices are per person and in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Services Not Included in Tour Prices

Cost of passports, excess baggage charges, additional insurance, porterage, unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary, personal items such as laundry, cable, telephone calls, room service, additional beverage service, meals and transfers not included in the tour, tips to the motor coach driver and local guides, which is subject to your satisfaction with their services; any items not specifically mentioned as included. Price Increases

CTC Travel Group reserves the right to increase its price. If the price increase is greater than 7%, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract for travel services and be refunded the full amount paid for these services unless the increase is a result of Government imposed taxes or fuel surcharges approved by the Canadian Transportation Agency.

Special Assistance

You are required to report any disability requiring special attention to CTC Travel Group at the time of reservation so we can make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers. In the event of not being able to do so, CTC Travel Group is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers. A deposit or full payment, payable by money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Diners Club) is required at the time of booking. Your authorization to use your credit card for deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Faxed, emailed or verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.
